We are glad you are here. SunPorch is a vibrant, caring community of elders and caregivers……we are your neighbors, your mothers, fathers, uncles and aunts……our elders have not disengaged but continue to live their lives to the fullest each and every day…..and we continue to contribute to the greater community around us.

Each day our elders set their own schedule, pursuing a hobby or personal activity or having lunch with a friend at the local café. Our goal is to facilitate the elders’ independence and ability to pursue their interests.

To this end, we strive to foster a working environment and culture that empowers our staff to carry out their services compassionately and competently. To achieve this we provide intense training and autonomy necessary for their position.

We offer a wide variety of benefits and programs that support our staff and their families including health insurance, dental and vision plans along with other ancillary benefits, paid-time off, and education reimbursement.
